These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and kiara32 (hereinafter "kiara32", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kiara32.cam (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").

• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction that is explicitly excluded by kiara32 at its sole discretion from time to time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on kiara32 that was suspended, terminated, or restricted due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of kiara32, nor an immediate family member of such an individual, unless explicit written permission has been obtained.

Each User is permitted to hold a single Account on the kiara32 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account and to notify kiara32 promptly of any changes.

kiara32 may, at any stage and at its sole discretion, request KYC documentation including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership where relevant (e.g., a bank statement showing the account holder's name).

kiara32 reserves the right to suspend Account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account termination.

By using the kiara32 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You further agree that:

• All information and representations you provide to kiara32 are true, accurate, and not misleading;
• You will not use any software, algorithm, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage over other users;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the Platform's technology;
• You accept that all gaming outcomes on kiara32 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are not influenced by the Platform;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any bet or game cannot be predicted with certainty;
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair, or overburden kiara32's systems or infrastructure;
• You will comply with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming, taxation of winnings, and the use of financial services.

kiara32 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or an equivalent determined by the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. Deposits made via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow generally clear within 5 to 10 minutes. Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the promotion and should be read in conjunction with this clause.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated explicitly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to Account suspension.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Malaysian residents aged 21 and above only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiara32 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that involves money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Employing betting bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain financial gain — any such gains must be reported to kiara32 immediately;
• Attempting to gain access to another User's Account or personal data without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback activity in connection with deposits made to the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiara32 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the kiara32 Platform, including but not limited to the kiara32 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data, and any other material ("Platform Content"), is either owned by kiara32 or licensed to kiara32 by third-party game studios and technology providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or use any Platform Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of kiara32.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, kiara32, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses resulting from interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to causes beyond kiara32's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events;
• Any losses incurred as a direct result of your gambling activities on the Platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or Applicable Law;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kiara32's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Applicable Law.

kiara32 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be regarded as a reliable source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

All registered Users are encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including:

• Violation of Applicable Law in the User's jurisdiction;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Upon Account termination due to a breach, kiara32 reserves the right to forfeit all Real Funds and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where termination is not related to a breach on the User's part, Real Funds will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

Users may also voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting the kiara32 support team via live chat. Any open bets at the time of Account closure may be voided or allowed to settle at kiara32's discretion.

kiara32 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within a reasonable timeframe shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief before an appropriate court.

For Users in Malaysia, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
